Heritage House

A character-respecting knock-down rebuild on a hillside block — preserving the streetscape silhouette while delivering a fully contemporary interior. The brief was clear from the first site walk: a home (or renovation) that respects the block, performs in the climate, and feels considered in every joint and junction. NQ Build coordinated the design alignment, all approvals, and the full build under one fixed-price contract.
